RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wicks Surf Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Products must include original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used surfboards

  • Damaged products caused by misuse

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@wickssurfshop.com with photos of the issue.
